Today I did not make any progress. I did not make any progress due to the fact that guy was sick. Because of the fact that I was not feeling well my group and I did not get a chance to work together. With me being sick we were down a Director and a actor. Because this set us back a little we took this as an opportunity to plan ahead. I fixed our schedule in terms of recording. I had to fix our schedule because this set us back. Although, this did set me back this gave me the chance to really perfect my plan as well. I focused my attention on meeting the deadlines but also giving me enough time to record and put in my all and not do a half job. Which is exactly what I did. I set back my schedule a day or two just to give myself some time to feel better. I also took my time to think about what camera movements, angles, etc. I wanted for each shot. My group continued the filming process on Saturday, November 26th. The shooting process continued with capturing scenes of the actors decorating his tree and shelves for Christmas and placing decorative pillows on the sofa. These scenes were shot in our apartment. This was the perfect time to continue the recording process as all the actors were present. As a result, 3 out of 12 scenes were captured for the music video. In preparation for filming the scene, we set up the director, camera, and lighting. Before filming her other three scenes, I had to make sure she was dressed comfortably to continue filming. So I was able to do my best when working with the team to shoot those scenes. I also had to make sure the crew was ready to go ahead with the shoot and check on the actors to make sure their costumes were clean and clean.   Today was the start of my filming process. Today I filmed about four shots. Although I did film for shots I will only be using to and using the others for back up. Today we had a Thanksgiving dinner at my family members house. Due to this I took this as my opportunity to start my filming process. With this being a family dinner everyone was there which gave me A lot of actors to put into my music video. My first shot that I’ve filmed was of my family all together eating. I feel the shot due to it fitting the idea of my music video. If it’s the idea of a music video Because it demonstrates a family being altogether. This shot in particular I had to do a couple of retakes. I had to do a couple of retakes due to the fact that I had to make sure everything was perfect into my liking. I had a minor issue with making sure that everyone was in the shot. To fix this issue I simply just used a camera movement. That camera movement being pan and tilt. Scene 1: This will be a establishing shot of our family on Thanksgiving eating dinner. Scene 2: Our cousin and a family friend were standing by their christmas tree while taking photos together. This will be a wide shot. Scene 3: Janae was decorating the shelf for christmas. This will be filmed with a tilt camera movement. Scene 4: I will be shot in a high angle. I had decorated our family christmas tree. Scene 5:  Janae and our sister were fixing the couch. They were putting cushions and this will be a wide shot. Scene 6: A baby family friend came over and started putting ornaments on the tree. This will be filmed with a tilt camera movement. Scene 7: Janae had decorated the railing with garlands and lights. This will be filmed with a pan camera movement. Scene 8: Janae had put up some christmas lights on my window. This will be a wide shot. Scene 9: Our family will be standing all together wearing christmas pajamas. This will be filmed with a pan movement. Scene 10: Our dogs will be

 Props: Christmas decorations and Thanksgiving dinner scenery.  Costumes: Casual attire. Schedule: On 11/14/2022, our group research conventions and codes of music videos. On 11/14/2022, my group establish the props, costumes, schedule, location list, and backup plan. On 11/17/2022, our group will create the storyboard for our  "Jhené Aiko - Wrap Me Up"  music video. On 11/28/2022 - 12/16/2022, we will film and record the necessary shots for our music video we will also edit and add the final touches to our music video. Locations List: Living room to record different shots of actors decorating and shots of a christmas movie night, a bedroom to take more shots of decorating, and a kitchen to record shots of food. Backup Plan: Go to "Christmas Palace" to take shots with all the christmas decorations just in case our original locations do not work. We will only take shots of a christmas movie night in case my group and I can not take shots of Thanksgiving food.

 My group and I decided to do  "Jhené Aiko - Wrap Me Up" which is a Christmas R&B Song  for our music video. What is usually seen in music videos are actors doing some kind of action related to what is being said. Her costumes were very feminine, such as dresses, crop tops, and occasionally head wraps or head accessories Props include microphones, meditation equipment, and studio equipment. Her appearance is always clean, glowly, and put together. For example her hair always being freshly styled as well as her hair. The score through her music videos are slower-paced to give more of a tranquil, empowered, and mature feel. Conventions and codes include camera angles are usually angled around the artist to maintain the artist throughout the whole video. Conventions and codes include materialistic things in order to represent wealth. Music videos often include pathos. Artist sometimes show sad, emotional, or cheerful events or subjects to appeal to the viewers emotions.

I decided to work with Janae once again for our next project. Janae and I came to a mutual decision and decided that we are going to do  "Jhené Aiko - Wrap Me Up" which is a Christmas R&B Song for our music video.  I think Janae has the great qualities needed to make our group work properly. Janae and I bounce off each other. Janae has a lot of creativity that we believe will help us take our work to the next level. When she does something, she doesn't give 10%, she gives absolutely everything. She's always trying to outdo herself, always finding new ways to make things better. She's someone you can trust in your corner. She said that working with Janae would be fun and exciting as well as efficient and successful. Janae and I are working towards the same goal. This just helps make this whole process stress-free and easy for both of us. Of course, Janae and my skills and personality types work well together. To be a good team player, it's important to have

Hello, it's me again. I have been mentally preparing myself for this specific project. Before I was absolutely nervous for this project but now, I think I am prepared. I have some doubts but for the most part I'm calm. I'm nervous that my video might come out choppy or that something will go wrong when I have to film, or something will go wrong with the visuals. I may have a few doubts but for the most part I am excited to film and choose a song for my group's music videos. I was nervous beforehand due to me having no experience with making videos like these. After talking and learning more about it I calmed down and started being less nervous because I knew I wasn't going to be lost; that instead I'm going to be prepared for all that was to come. After my last project I got some experience that I will definitely use for this. I learned how to really edit, how to make camera angles and movements look good, and work with sound. I am now prepared to take all that
