Production Blog: Decorating

My group continued the filming process on Saturday, November 26th. The shooting process continued with capturing scenes of the actors decorating his tree and shelves for Christmas and placing decorative pillows on the sofa. These scenes were shot in our apartment. This was the perfect time to continue the recording process as all the actors were present. As a result, 3 out of 12 scenes were captured for the music video. In preparation for filming the scene, we set up the director, camera, and lighting. Before filming her other three scenes, I had to make sure she was dressed comfortably to continue filming. So I was able to do my best when working with the team to shoot those scenes. I also had to make sure the crew was ready to go ahead with the shoot and check on the actors to make sure their costumes were clean and clean. It's for When shooting the scenes, I had to be careful to shoot from different angles and keep those angles consistent. There was some background noise during the recording process, but the songs my team chose will be added to the edited music video. Therefore background noise is not an issue. The original shooting plan was to use the tripod that came with the ring light. Instead of using a tripod, I decided to take pictures with my cell phone. Due to the different heights of the actors, throughout the recording process the camera had to be adjusted according to how high or low they were holding the phone. All actors performed their scenes very well. For all three scenes he only needed one take. In total, the whole process took about an hour. However, there is still more shooting left before the CM is completed. There are still a few scenes that need to be shot before we start editing. I am ready to continue recording and so is my team. I can't wait to see how our music video turns out.
