Title research: Dead Silence

 While researching the opening sequence for the final project, I came across the Art of the Title website. This website provides you with multiple resources. This website offers multiple opening sequences for many movies and shows. While looking for horror movies, I came across the opening sequence of a movie called Dead Silence and decided to do some research on the movie. In addition to the haunting sounds and music, the opening sequence of the movie Dead Silence has some eerie and disturbing visuals. Several titles are shown during the opening sequence. The first title that appears is the studio that produced the movie Universal Pictures. They edited and confirmed the title on the moon while the plane was flying. Other titles include: filmmaker, movie title, movie characters, cast, music selection, costume designer, editor, production designer, cinematographer, executive producer, screenwriter, and last appearing title It is included. who made the movie. The opening sequence did not always have high priority images. They featured several images that help establish the film's central themes of horror and puppetry.Images play a big part in conveying the meaning of the film, not just the sound. The footage is accompanied by eerie music and sound effects to further terrorize the audience. The background music and pictures/clips already create a spooky atmosphere, and the opening titles help too, as they're bold and big red, reminiscent of the blood and spookiness of these movies. Strategies such as choosing a suitable image for a movie poster used the puppet Slappy, with a finger to his mouth in a swallowing motion, pointing his finger to his face in dim light. It was light. At the beginning of the film, he catches the attention of the target audience because he does not evoke happy energy, but only fear and anxious feelings. Technology played a big role in the film's opening sequence. The editors were careful to keep the energy dark, using low-light images and clips. The bold use of color, such as the red at the beginning of the title, also evokes a sense of danger and terror. Most transitions have some glitches that make the audience more excited and interested.

Hello, it's me again. I prepared myself mentally  for this particular project. I was completely nervous about this project before, but now I think I'm ready. I'm a little worried, but overall I'm calm. I'm worried that my job will be unstable, that something will go wrong when I shoot, that the image will be problematic. I may have some questions, but overall I'm looking forward to filming and getting back on set. I was nervous before because I had no experience creating videos like this. I’m back and ready for something new. I decided to switch it up and this time I chose to work alone. I have tried to work with others before and although it wasn’t bad I feel as if I want to go at my own paste. Something I didn’t enjoy with working with someone else was having to depend on them.
