Dream Team

Once again I decided to work with Janae Shinglette. I think she has the great qualities needed to make our group work properly. Janae and I bounce off each other. Janae has a lot of creativity that we believe will help us take our work to the next level. When she does something she gives absolutely everything. She's always trying to outdo herself, always finding new ways to make things better. She's someone you can trust in your corner. Working with Janae would be fun and exciting as well as efficient and successful. Janae and I are working towards the same goal. This just helps make this whole process stress-free and easy for both of us. Of course, Janae and my skills and personality types work well together. To be a good team player, it's important to have an unbiased awareness of your strengths and weaknesses. That's Janae. That's why we believe we can work together without worrying. Janae knows how to delegate effectively. This is ideal as they need to understand each other's key attributes. Janae tends to be modestly positive, which has been a great influence on me and my work ethic. Janae brings positivity to this group in every situation. Janae is an excellent communicator and she knows how to give tactful and constructive criticism. She always thanked me for what I did well and explained what I could have done better. Janae is great at eliminating distractions and multitasking. You need Janae to be punctual and get things done quickly and accurately. She pays close attention to the little things. Janae is very stubborn and does not give up in any situation. She takes on her new challenges and even when she fails, she doesn't give up. It just increases your chances of success as a group exponentially. Choosing the right team her members not only affect the  mood of the group, but also the productivity of the group, which determines our success. Thankfully, our skills work perfectly together, which has been proven in our past projects that we were together on, so we don't have to worry about negative influence from our groupmates.

  "Write what you have the resources for" is a powerful adage to follow when creating plots and screenplays. We can only write with what we have we are limited in what we can do due to the lack of cameras and microphones for filming. Intro Blog: The Nerves

Hello, it's me again. I prepared myself mentally  for this particular project. I was completely nervous about this project before, but now I think I'm ready. I'm a little worried, but overall I'm calm. I'm worried that my job will be unstable, that something will go wrong when I shoot, that the image will be problematic. I may have some questions, but overall I'm looking forward to filming and getting back on set. I was nervous before because I had no experience creating videos like this. Now that I'm working alone, I'm even more nervous. This time, no one gave me constructive criticism or stood out. After talking about it and learning more about it, I felt calmer and less nervous. Because I knew I couldn't get lost. Instead, I wanted to be prepared for whatever was to come. After subsequent projects I gained some experience that I will definitely use for this project. Group Blog: Going Solo

I’m back and ready for something new. I decided to switch it up and this time I chose to work alone. I have tried to work with others before and although it wasn’t bad I feel as if I want to go at my own paste. Something I didn’t enjoy with working with someone else was having to depend on them. I rather be working independently and that way I know I’m doing the best I can do. Working by myself can benefit me in many ways, working alone allows me to take full control and make decisions without relying on others. I can develop a strong sense of self-discipline when working independently, as I’ll need to stay focused and motivated. I have the freedom to set your my own schedule and work at my own pace, which can be a big advantage. Working alone gives me the space to explore my own ideas and think outside the box without any external influences.
