Production Blog: family in Christmas PJ’s and Dogs in Christmas clothes

My group and I completed the filming process on December 5th. My group finished the shooting process by recording a scene with actors in Christmas pajamas and dogs in Christmas clothes. These scenes were shot in an apartment. This completes the music video shooting process. I asked the director to bring props for the group. Props for the group were costumes. Before shooting both scenes, I had to make sure I was wearing comfortable clothes so I could be seam-ready. had to be reviewed to make sure it was spotless and looking good. This is so the team can continue filming. During the recording I made sure to maintain The specific camera angles the route complete scenes. In the background of our scenes there was dog toys and other furniture. Hence, I had to pick up the dog toys and make sure furniture was placed properly to continue with the filming process. The original plan for the recording process was to use a tripod for recording. However, we decided to just record using the phone directly with my hands. I made sure that the background of the scenes were free of any dog toys on the floor and we’re ready to be filmed. I also had to adjust where the camera was placed to make sure that all of the actors were clearly seen as they were different heights. I had to re-record the scene with the dogs because it was difficult to get the right scene with all the dogs together. overall the whole process took about 45 minutes to complete. However, this was the finalization of our filming process. Now my group just needs to start our editing process.

Intro Blog: The Nerves

Hello, it's me again. I prepared myself mentally  for this particular project. I was completely nervous about this project before, but now I think I'm ready. I'm a little worried, but overall I'm calm. I'm worried that my job will be unstable, that something will go wrong when I shoot, that the image will be problematic. I may have some questions, but overall I'm looking forward to filming and getting back on set. I was nervous before because I had no experience creating videos like this. Now that I'm working alone, I'm even more nervous. This time, no one gave me constructive criticism or stood out. After talking about it and learning more about it, I felt calmer and less nervous. Group Blog: Going Solo

I’m back and ready for something new. I decided to switch it up and this time I chose to work alone. I have tried to work with others before and although it wasn’t bad I feel as if I want to go at my own paste. Something I didn’t enjoy with working with someone else was having to depend on them. I rather be working independently and that way I know I’m doing the best I can do. Working by myself can benefit me in many ways, working alone allows me to take full control and make decisions without relying on others. I can develop a strong sense of self-discipline when working independently, as I’ll need to stay focused and motivated.
